FR3040

Introduce: Bayblend® FR3040 by Covestro is a flame-retardant blend of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS). Exhibits a good balance of qualities, including rigidity, dimensional correctness and stability, great creep resistance, low moisture absorption, and high heat resistance, as well as excellent burning behavior. Paintability and flowability are excellent. Low emissions, excellent rigidity, easy processing, and great toughness even at low temperatures are all features of this material. Injection molding was used to create this product. Thin wall applications, electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & garden equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills), and electrical applications are all recommended (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend® FR3040 complies with UL 94 flame rating.
